Delivery & Pickup Guidelines

At BOOGI, we aim to provide flexible options while ensuring that every order is fulfilled smoothly. All orders are processed manually, and payment is not made through the website. This is because we first confirm that all items in your order are available in our inventory before accepting payment.

Payment Process
Once your order is placed, our team will confirm stock availability and send you the total amount due. Payment must be made via bank transfer before your order can be scheduled for pickup or delivery.

1. Warehouse or Showroom Pickup

Customers can collect their orders directly from our warehouse or showroom.
We will notify you via call or email once your order is ready for pickup.
Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation for verification.

2. Delivery (Including Former COD Areas)

We deliver within Metro Manila and selected nearby areas in Luzon.
“Cash on Delivery” is no longer direct cash at the door — payment must be completed via bank transfer before your order is dispatched.
Delivery schedule will be confirmed once payment is received.
Some larger or made-to-order furniture items may require longer lead times.

3. Delivery Partners

Depending on your location and order size, we may use our in-house delivery team or trusted courier partners.
You will be informed of the assigned courier and expected delivery date after payment confirmation.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Made-to-order or bulk purchases may take longer; we’ll advise you in advance.

5. Delivery Fees

Fees depend on location and order size.
We’ll provide the exact delivery fee before you make your payment.

6. Order Inspection & Issues

Please check your items upon receipt.
